This products is not sold in our store because of Alberta Health regulations. It is made in our home where other health regulations apply. You can place an order for this product through our website, but you will receive the product from our home.
We use Park wheat, a grain from the 1950's which we grow on our land without artificial fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. After harvesting, the grain is milled on our property and shortly thereafter mixed with only water, honey, salt and yeast to get the dough. After a long fermentation process the dough is baked into bread.
